3.5 qt, Pumpkin, Dutch Oven With Gold Stem, Eucalyptus

Inspired by the graceful silhouette of an heirloom pumpkin, the STAUB Pumpkin Dutch oven transforms an iconic symbol of the harvest into a piece of functional artistry. Crafted in France from enameled cast iron, it delivers all the performance of our signature Dutch ovens while bringing distinctive character to the kitchen and table.

The 3.5-quart vessel is perfectly sized for everything from soups, stews, and seasonal side dishes to freshly baked breads and small-batch braises. Beneath the sculptural exterior, STAUB's signature black matte enamel interior encourages exceptional browning and caramelization, helping ingredients develop the rich flavors that define great cooking.

A heavyweight, tight-fitting lid helps retain moisture throughout the cooking process, while cast iron's exceptional heat retention promotes even cooking and keeps meals warm long after they reach the table. Compatible with all cooktops, including induction, and oven safe up to 500°F, this versatile cocotte moves effortlessly from preparation to serving.

Designed to be enjoyed year after year, the Pumpkin Cocotte is more than a seasonal centerpiece. It is an heirloom-quality piece that celebrates craftsmanship, gathering, and the enduring traditions that bring people together around the table.
