Eligible purchases may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Yes. All returns must be approved before they are sent to our warehouse. Returns received without authorization cannot be processed.
No. Retail locations are unable to process returns or exchanges for online orders. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
Replacement orders typically ship within 7–14 business days after your return has been received and processed.

RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW
At STAUB, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return items within 60 days from the date of delivery.
Returns sent without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure to follow our new return instructions, as we cannot be held responsible for returns sent without prior authorization.

- Pack your items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include your Pre-Authorization Form provided via mail in the package.
- Use a shipping method that provides tracking to ensure we receive your return.

If a PO Box is entered your order will be delayed until we can contact you for a valid delivery address.
