Returns sent without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure to follow our new return instructions, as we cannot be held responsible for returns sent without prior authorization.

• Pack your items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
• Include your Pre-Authorization Form provided via mail in the package.
• Use a shipping method that provides tracking to ensure we receive your return.
